Having conducted 50+ customer interviews across multiple projects, I identified critical gaps in our SaaS lifecycle. Inconsistent knowledge and lack of internal documentation made impact assessment challenging. To address this, I created a service blueprint through expert interviews, ensuring our products support the entire ecosystem. This blueprint now guides project impact and future initiatives.

Process

Involving high-level staffs, there was a need to balance efficiency with collaboration. I did preliminary research on the stakeholder map to understand key players, then facilitated workshops, and iterated based on feedback to ensure accuracy and alignment.

This blueprint provided a clear view of stakeholder roles, team interactions, and business offerings, while identifying opportunities for improving processes and information flow.
